School Days

Stop Paying the Toll to the Troll

In this episode of Do The Work, AZ and Carla are in the studio discussing Trolling. If you are obsessed with bringing others down, expending all of your energy on negativity, you risk running into that individual who will stop you in your tracks. Focus your time and effort on fixing your insecurities and issues, and keep your fucking opinions to yourself. Don’t give others the satisfaction of drawing you down to their level. Stop suppressing, delaying and looking for acceptance. Steamroll that shit and move forward.

Shame Talk

In this episode of Do the Work, Carla is solo in the studio and ready to get started. Shame is conditioned and comes out from somewhere in our lives; It overtakes us. Shame caused Carla to be hateful, because of jealousy, and comparison; we create the stories of shame. We show up this way in our relationship and our business because we cannot overcome shame. Why do you feel shame? Are you asking yourself the powerful questions? Can you feel the success? Are you living in the space that was created by shame? You need to dig deep, deep enough to find the source; quit creating the stories in your head to validate the shame. Free yourself, gain power and feel amazing by releasing yourself from everything that is stopping you from being you.
